The City Play parks held their summer finale yesterday at Royal Heights Veteran Memorial Park.

It was 5 hours packed with fun for the whole family, "We have a lot going on, kids are traveling to all the seven continents we have here. And then we have a chance at the end of the day to maybe bring home a prize. And the prizes in my opinion are pretty cool to bring home if they get that chance." play parks leader Anne Elder said.

"We also have our food vendors which is really cool, its turning out to be a hot day even though it's a little cloudy so that's good."

Elder added, "We have a really cool South America station with a big and Easter Island statue and kids get to pick their nose for a prize or maybe some snott, which is kind of fun. We have our Antarctica with a big slip and slide going on. We have Australia with some really cool swap pools to find some crocodile eggs. So we literally have it all."

"The turn out is awesome and that's what we wanted at the end of the day, so I'm happy," Elder also mentioned, "This is our wind up so tomorrow will be her last day. We'll just be having the pools open, so no crafts or activities, cause the girls have to clean up their shacks as well. So its our last big party."

It was a great summer and it alerts us all to the school season to start to get ready for.
