As the holidays are fast approaching it's the time of year where many fundraisers and donation collections start to pop up around the community. Encompass Fitness already has started doing its part for a number of organizations.

"This November we wanted to participate in 30 Days of Giving. We chose different organizations for each week of the month. We also set a goal of 30 items for each organization." Says Owner of Encompass Fitness, Brady Johnson.

The first week began with collecting cat food for the abundance of cats of the Estevan Humane Society. In week two they helped kick off the annual Kinettes PJ program which collects pajamas for children of all ages in our community.

This week they are collecting toys for the Angel Tree fundraiser.

They are also the main drop-off point for both the Angel Tree and the PJ Project.

In the final week, they will be collecting donations for the residents in the nursing home. Donations can range from puzzles, crosswords, board games, or anything that might bring a smile to their faces this season. Encompass Fitness will also be providing these residents with a KFC meal.

Johnson gives some instructions about how you can get involved in these 30 Days of Giving Fundraiser.

"You can drop off a donation or get involved by stopping by Encompass Fitness. We have different buckets and totes for each week and organization."

While donations are being made you must follow the rules set in place to ensure everyone's safety.

She adds that if you wish to donate but are not comfortable with coming in you can give them a call to make drop-off arrangements.
