The Estevan Tae Kwon Do Club hosted a Self-Defense Seminar last night and it was a booming success.

Trinda Jocelyn one of the organizers, "It went really great, we had 21 people show up, so we had lots of students to work with. Over-all just really great feedback from everybody."

Based on the amount of attendance Jocelyn said, "There was a lot of really good interest off of it, we will be looking at something."

And if you would like more information you can get it from https://www.facebook.com/EstevanTKD/, and https://estevantkd.com/.

"We practice self-defense in Tae Kwon Do along with the Martial Arts," Jocelyn added.

And as all of the attendees were women Jocelyn had this to say, "I think women feel more at risk, just changing the mindset of not being a victim."

Very informative class and if you want to get a bit of a taste of what they learned you can check out this video.
